Located on one of the prime upper streets in Centro Historico, this traditional Spanish Colonial home had great bones and was updated with new light fixtures, paint (interior and exterior), furnishings and decor.
Courtyards, the lightwell, and rooftop were refreshed with new planters and plants while the jewel box powder bath was completely renovated with new fixtures, painted floor tiles, and wallpaper.
