One of the largest challenges of this narrow 6th floor walkup apartment was to efficiently utilize its 269 s.f. footprint.

Although the living room was slightly more than 6' wide, the corner apartment had high ceilings, bright northern and eastern light from its five windows, and even a walk-in closet.

Minimal, low-slung furnishings were strategically placed while simple wall-mounted shelves and inexpensive J-molding allowed for easy display and rotation of artwork.
